Another enjoyable natural processed coffee with tasting notes featuring florals, fruits wth a refreshing, slightly tart, acidity. As with other Natural processed coffees we always encourage experimentation during brewing, various brewing approaches will bring out different dimensions of these coffees. They also shine after having 2 weeks of rest after the roast date (always listed on bag). Lower brew temps can sometimes highlight the delicate fruit notes depending on your coffee’s grind size. Have fun and experiment— there is a lot to discover here!
