This is the coffee we use for our Ethiopia Cold Brew. You can brew it hot as well, it’s a killer coffee all around! This single producer lot comes from Mr. Bekele Gemeda from Halo Beriti Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It’s fairly rare for a producer to keep their coffee separate in Ethiopia, usually coffee is processed and sold under the community washing stations name. Mr. Berkele’s lot showed so well in the cup, it was kept separate for all of us to enjoy.
