A NEW fresh crop of Natural Processed Ethiopia coffee is sourced from Worka in the Yigacheffe Region.

This high scoring lot is complex with fruit like Blueberry and Raspberry together with a Lush caramel and even apple and light floral notes. We always encourage experimentation during brewing with our natural Ethiopia offerings, various brewing approaches will bring out different dimensions of these coffees. They also shine after having 2 weeks of rest after the roast date (always listed on bag).
